  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 chopped green chilli

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. tomatoe paste/puree

W/Salaam, thanks dear. Normally veggie dishes can easily last up to 3-4 days or even more if stored in an airtight container. But they are at their healthiest when freshly made. Most of the recipes serve 3-5 people. 🙂
