Fish Burger

Servings : Makes 4 burgers

Healthy and incredibly easy to put together…this is one of the quickest, most delicious burger recipes.


  • 4 Slices of fish fillet - about 1/2" thick (marinated for a few hours in a bit of lemon, red chilli powder and some salt)
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Lettuce/salad leaves
  • 4 Split and lightly toasted burger buns


Dip the marinated fish slices first in egg then in breadcrumbs and shallow fry for 3 minutes per side on medium heat until done, golden and crispy. Remove and drain on kitchen towels.

Assemble the burgers by spreading some ketchup on the bottom half of the toasted bun, then add a lettuce leaf, spoon on some tartar sauce, top with your fried fish fillet, followed by some more tartar sauce if you like it extra juicy.

Cover with the top of the burger bun and serve with a side of fries or chips. Enjoy!
