Servings : Serves 2-3
Love having this on the side of some dishes, like burgers or pastas and it is super easy to prepare.
- 1 cup shredded or finely sliced cabbage
- 1-2 carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or more/less if you like)
- 2 tbsp sour cream or thick yoghurt (optional but adds a good flavour)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Mix everything together, refrigerate for a few hours in order for the flavours to develop.
Then serve as a side to your dishes of preference!
