Cabbage Salad

Servings : Serves 4-6

A nice healthy side dish to most meals and can also be used as a filler in sandwiches.


  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2-3 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1-2 capsicum, cut into strips
  • 1-2 onions, finely sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste


Finely slice the cabbage, mix it up with grated carrots, julienned capsicum and red onion slices.

Spice it up with some chopped green chillies or a dash of black pepper if you want.

You can drizzle some olive oil or lemon juice or vinegar…or just have it plain.
