Works beautifully in my Triangle Buns, or most other buns….or as a pizza topping, sandwich filler…etc
- 1 kg. steak cut into cubes
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped (I used red here but you can use any you like)
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. yoghurt
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 tsp. cumin, grinded
- 2 tbsp. oil
- pinch of tandoori masala (optional)
Marinate the steak in all the ingredients for about 4 hours to overnight.
Put in pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water.
Boil for about 25-30 minutes. Check that the steak is well done, if there is any excess water, dry the steak off completely. Adjust salt/chili according to taste. Shred and use!
It looks nice,& no it will also taste nice. Tanks.
