This is a milder red chilli dip with a great twist. One of it's ingredients is dates!! This makes it mildly sweet, giving it a really lovely flavour and texture. It's really enjoyable with potatoes/bhajias, kichra/haleem or biryani/pilau.

Ingredients
10
fresh (not dried) red chillies
(of course, use more or less according to your taste)
5
dates/khajur, deseeded and chopped
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
garlic paste
2 tbsp
tomato sauce/ketchup
1 tsp
sugar
water as needed for blending
Instructions

Put everything in a blender, and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency/spice to suit your preference.

Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator, or freeze and use a little at a time whenever you need it!
