Ingredients For Marinade
- 1 kg fillet cut into cubes - Marinate the fillet cubes in the ingredients below for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 tsp. ginger paste
- 1-2 tsp. red chilli powder
- 1 capful about 1 tsp. of dark vinegar
- juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. oil

- 1 tbsp. tomato paste/puree
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 green chilli chopped
