W/Salaam, chilli is pilipili, paprika is pilipili mboga. Red pepper is the same as paprika or bell pepper.

AP flour is the same as plain flour or maida. SR flour is maida with baking powder in it. 1 and a half tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt in every cup of plain flour makes SR flour.

Nope, the opposite of whole milk….diluted milk, low fat/skimmed milk.
