I call this chutney The Bomb because it is the hottest dip possible! Seriously, it’s normally so hot, your ears will ring from just the first glorious bite! So if spicy scares you, steer clear of this recipe…consider yourself fore-warned! This is only for die-hard chilli fanatics like me
2big handfuls of ghost chillior any hot/hotter chilli peppers available to you
2tbspbrown vinegar
2tspsalt
2tbspketchup/tomato sauce
water as needed for blending
Method
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.Adjust water according to how thick or think you prefer your dip.Store in an airtight jar in the fridge and use with EXTREME caution.
