Simple Coleslaw

Love having this on the side of some dishes, like burgers or pastas and it is super easy to prepare.
Servings: 3 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded or finely sliced cabbage
  • 1-2 carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or more/less if you like
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or thick yoghurt optional but adds a good flavour
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix everything together, refrigerate for a few hours in order for the flavours to develop.
    Then serve as a side to your dishes of preference!
