- 1 cup shredded or finely sliced cabbage
- 1-2 carrots grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or more/less if you like
- 2 tbsp sour cream or thick yoghurt optional but adds a good flavour
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Mix everything together, refrigerate for a few hours in order for the flavours to develop.Then serve as a side to your dishes of preference!
