This is a speedy fresh sauce that is served with most Arabic rice meals which contains chicken or lamb. It resembles a salsa and is normally not extremely hot, but since I love my food spicy I like to ‘up’ the amount of green chillis than what you would normally expect to find for this kind of yummy condiment.
1-2green chillismore if you prefer it spicier or none if you don't want the spice
pinchof cumin powder
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste
Method
Put everything in a processor or blender and pulse for a few seconds until almost liquidised, leave some small chunks for texture. Pour into a bowl and serve with the meal of your choice!Enjoy!
