- Measure out about 2 cups of chopped assorted fruits and berries for every bag, and freeze until required.When ready to prepare the smoothie, tip the contents of a smoothie pack into your blender. Add the water/juice/milk and yoghurt. For an added boost, you can add chia seeds and/or flax seeds.Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if its too thick.Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
