I use freshly grated coconut for this tasty chutney that goes well with all kinds of snack/finger-foods like pack potatoes, bhajias, samosas, kababs, etc.
5-10green chillieschopped (depending on how hot or mild you like it)
2-4tbspgrated raw mango or juice of 1 lemonyou can use a little of both if you prefer it tangier
water as needed for blending
Method
Put everything in a blender and blend until smoth and well combined. Taste and adjust salt and chilli according to your taste.You can freeze this in small tins for up to a month and remove to thaw whenever you need it.
