Method
- Prepare and fry your kababs using THIS recipe.
- Beat each egg with 1 tsp. water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip each kabab in this egg mixture and fry in hot oil for a few seconds or until the coating is golden. Remove onto kitchen towels/tissues to blot out excess oil.
- Serve with chutneys/dip of your choice and a salad. Enjoy!
