Coated Kababs
These double-fried kababs are a yummy twist to my regular fried kababs. The fried kababs are simply dipped in beaten egg and then refried, giving them a delicious coating and added flavour. I sometimes do this with leftover fried kababs to freshen them up when serving them again.
- fried kababs recipe link in instructions below
- 1-2 eggs beaten with 1-2 tsp water and a pinch of salt and pepper (as needed)
- oil for frying
Prepare and fry your kababs using THIS recipe.
Beat each egg with 1 tsp. water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip each kabab in this egg mixture and fry in hot oil for a few seconds or until the coating is golden. Remove onto kitchen towels/tissues to blot out excess oil.
Serve with chutneys/dip of your choice and a salad. Enjoy!
