Soak some wooden skewers in water for about 20-30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling. Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge at least half an hour before you begin cooking to ensure it comes to room temperature. Thread the chicken cubes on the soaked skewers. Grill the skewered chicken on a BBQ stove or in a grill pan, turning them occasionally until the meat is cooked through (approximately 8-10 minutes total). Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, chopped tomatoes, sliced onions and fried potatoes. Enjoy! 🙂
