Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Ice cream
  • 4 ripe bananas peeled and cut into chunks then frozen until solid
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and chopped then frozen
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Ice cream
  • 4 ripe bananas peeled and cut into chunks then frozen until solid
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cold milk optional
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Put the bananas and their corresponding ingredients into a processor and pulse or blend until smooth. Freeze in containers for a few hours or up to overnight.
    Serve and enjoy!
