Works beautifully in my Triangle Buns, or most other buns....or as a pizza topping, sandwich filler...etc

1 kg.
steak cut into cubes
1 tsp.
ginger paste
1 tsp.
garlic paste
1 tsp.
red chilli powder
green chillies, chopped
capsicum chopped
(I used red here but you can use any you like)
1 tsp.
1 tsp.
soya sauce
2 tbsp.
tomato paste
1 tbsp.
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp.
cumin, grinded
2 tbsp.
pinch of tandoori masala

Marinate the steak in all the ingredients for about 4 hours to overnight.

Put in pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water.

Boil for about 25-30 minutes. Check that the steak is well done, if there is any excess water, dry the steak off completely. Adjust salt/chili according to taste. Shred and use!

It looks nice,& no it will also taste nice. Tanks.

Thank u so much dear

can I use mince instead?

salams do you cook the peppers with the beef from the start or add it later?

W/Salaam, add the peppers with all the other ingredients at the start. :)

If I don't have a pressure cooker what is the alternative method.

You can use a regular pot, just keep stirring and topping up with water as it simmers on medium heat until the meat is cooked.
