Steak and Capsicum Filling
Works beautifully in my Triangle Buns, or most other buns....or as a pizza topping, sandwich filler...etc
Marinate the steak in all the ingredients for about 4 hours to overnight.
Put in pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water.
Boil for about 25-30 minutes. Check that the steak is well done, if there is any excess water, dry the steak off completely. Adjust salt/chili according to taste. Shred and use!
