Serves 4-5

The all-time favourite pasta dish, easy to prep and super enjoyable!

Prepare your bolognese sauce as directed HERE.

Boil 500 gm of spaghetti as per the package instructions. Drain the water and return the spaghetti back in the pan, and add a dab of butter and toss together on low heat. You can then either add the bolognese sauce over the spaghetti and mix, or serve the spaghetti and spoon the sauce over it. Sprinkle herbs of your choice for added flavour and you can grate some parmesan cheese on top.

Enjoy your yummy easy Spaghetti Bolognese! :)

Salam! ur recipes are great, but i have a question, bolognese sauce is not available in my city, so what can be the replacement?

I am trying to make the same dish but for about 60 people. I was wondering if i should just take the ingredients and multiply it by 10. Or should there be limitations on some of the ingredients? And if so which ones and how much? Thank you :-)

W/Salaam, yes multiply the ingredients by 10. :)

Asalaamu'alaikum Fauzia. Can you please suggest which of your existing pasta sauce recipes could be used for angel hair pasta? Jazakillah

W/Salaam, you need a light and delicate sauce for that, use the arabiatta recipe. :)

Absolutely divine! Such a perfect recipe and so simple.

Question: fauzia, which would you rate as your best tasting pasta recipe? Ignoring the fact that our personal tastes vary, ofcourse.

I love singaporean rice (which is a rice and pasta dish) and chicken chow mein. :)
