One of the easiest and simplest of pasta dishes. I always try and store some home made marinara sauce in my freezer for whenever I crave a quick fix pasta dish. This is my go to quick fix pasta dish, filling and packed with incredible flavour.
Prepare the marinara sauce as per the recipe HERE.
Prepare the spaghetti as per packet instructions. When draining, reserve about half a cup of the water used for boiling.
Put the cooked spaghetti back into the pan, add the marinara sauce and pour in the reserved hot water. Toss well until the spaghetti is coated with the sauce. Serve onto plate and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander and some crispy pangritata, link for the recipe HERE.
