Fresh Mango Juice

Servings : Serves 2-3

Why use artificially flavoured drinks when you can serve your loved ones a healthy fresh delicious one without all the unwanted preservatives! Take advantage of summer and all the amazing fruits available and whip up some lovely drinks like this one! Takes all of 5 minutes to prepare and the result is better than any store-bought drink, guaranteed!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • some cold water plus ice cubes (you can use milk for a mango milk shake)
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

Put everything in a blender…blend until smooth. Serve cold!

I never sieve the juice, love it thick and pulpy. Just make sure you blend it well enough so that you don’t have any stringy bits in there.
